Dr. Zak is the clinic director of Zak Performance Health in Westlake, Ohio. He is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. Dr. Zak is certified in Active Release Techniques for the spine, upper and lower extremities, biomechanics certified, masters certified, nerve entrapment certified, active palpation certified, complex protocols certified. As well as the aforementioned certifications, Dr. Zak offers orthotics casting through Sole Supports, physiotherapy and nutrition counseling. Dr. Zak is also trained in the following techniques: Fascial Abrasion Technique (FAT Tool), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Cox flexion distraction technique.
