Dr. Len Ershow has been practicing and instructing Active Release Techniques since 1995. He is the immediate past president of the New Jersey Chiropractic Society Sports Council, and he is currently on the executive board of the ACA Sports Council. He has been the Medical Director for the 23rd National Collegiate Taekwondo Championships, the Chairman of the Medical Committee for the New Jersey State USTU, Team Chiropractor for the USA Track and Field Team. He has also been a member of the chiropractic staff for the 2000 Olympic Track and Field Trials and the 2001-2003 National Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Dr. Ershow has been a volunteer at the 2002-2003 NYC Triathlon Championships and the 2002 and 2003 NYC Marathon. He has been an assistant coach and medical liaison for the Sharks soccer team from U7, 8 to U10, 11.
